What we have in place
- We currently have job descriptions, an org chart, and a payroll system, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a controller and organizational budget, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to apply our resources to other areas of need to support our intentions to do service work.
This project would help us to ensure we are adequately compensating talent with a plan for future growth to ensure we are equipped with the leadership and team members that we need to execute our work.
