Project Details

What We Need
  • A 4-week content calendar for one social media platform, including graphics & copy (12-20 posts, or as agreed upon by both parties)
  • A content calendar template that can be used to plan out posts in the future
Additional Details

We are looking for a professional to assist us with creating content for our social media platforms. I know this is outside of the description in this project but am hoping to find assistance for our development team.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have an employee who will work side by side and provide content, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have events and dates of fundraisers, awareness campaigns, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to further, develop campaigns, fundraisers, and initiatives that will assist with our growth and reach in the foster care community.

We recently lost a member of our development team and this project will assist us to stay on task with our postings and remain connected with our audience.

Project Plan

Prep: Audit & Planning
  • Volunteer Manager shares social media credentials and existing marketing materials with Professional
  • (If applicable) Professional audits existing social media account to determine which content types are performing best
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss & agree upon target audiences, content types, and posting frequency
Milestone 1: Calendar Structure Creation
  • Professional uses Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, or comparable software to set up content calendar structure
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates
Milestone 2: Content Creation
  • Volunteer Manager shares raw materials (photos, quotes, stories, etc) that Professional needs to create content
  • Professional creates up to 4 weeks’ worth of social media posts (approximately 12-20 posts) and inputs into calendar
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates
(Optional) Milestone 3: Content Scheduling / Software Setup
  • Professional connects Organization’s social media account to a scheduling software like Buffer or Hootsuite
  • Professional sets up and schedules up to 4 weeks of posts in scheduling software
