We want to create a process that mirrors our mission to assist people in flourishing. Birth equity work can be exhausting and discouraging. We LOVE the people who work with us. We want the employee handbook to be clear and concise, and also reflective of our culture of abundance.
Abide exists to improve birth outcomes in communities with the lowest quality of care by offering healthcare and complimentary services that are easily accessible, holistic, evidence-based and free from judgment.
We provide prenatal and postnatal care for families in South Dallas and the surrounding areas. Additionally, we offer childbirth education, lactation support, postpartum doulas services and material resources for families in need. We in the process of becoming an Accredited Easy Access Clinic with the JJWay a Commonsense Childbirth Initiative.
