Life Remodeled is a growing non-profit, and we would like to ensure that our organization is meeting the needs of our employees. We would like some to partner with us to review our job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, and non-monetary rewards and benefits. In addition, we would like that person to make recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have all job descriptions and salary information, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a board-approved bonus structure for our leadership team, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to utilize the money save for direct service and programming for youth, family, and seniors in our community, as well as our annual blight removal project in the city of Detroit.

We are a small non-profit, but we continue to grow. We want to ensure that our employees' needs are being met and that our organization is making wise financial decisions about compensation, incentives and benefits. We know how critical this piece is to organizational culture and performance.

With substantial investments of cash, labor and materials, Life Remodeled focuses on the intentional and equitable revitalization of Detroit neighborhoods distinguished by their significant need and radical hope. Projects are determined by the community's needs and vision, and we assist in three areas: Renovating and repurposing former community assets into opportunity hubs, repairing owner-occupied homes, and annually mobilizing 10,000 volunteers in six days to beautify the four square miles surrounding our current opportunity hub.
