Project details

What we need
  • A training delivered in person or online to team members within the Organization
  • Written or virtual training materials that can be used for future trainings
  • Advice on frequently asked interview questions
  • Recommendations for next steps to continue to improve interviewing skills
What we have in place
  • We currently have an interviewer training, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a Recruiter, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,380 , allowing us to reinvest in the clients and patients we serve.

By training our hiring managers on interview best practices, they will make better hiring decisions. This will improve our services to clients and mitigate risk.
