We are looking to have in place a systematic compensation structure that will enable the organization to retain existing human capital as well as attract new talents.
What we have in place
- We currently have job descriptions, existing pay rates and other info, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the ability to generate custom reports as needed, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to give up to 200 baths and hot meals to adults with disabilities who could not afford to pay for a bath.
The project will help the organization's sustainability and growth through its ability to retain existing employees and attract new talents.
