  • We currently have an HR process established, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an HR Handbook Draft, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $5,776 , allowing us to provide reading remediation and enrichment activities for our students during summer camp and throughout the school year.

We teach, nurture and support the whole child as well as families through a holistic approach to education. having qualified, passionate teachers and staff will help us achieve our mission.

  • Professional identifies key areas of improvement, and recommends ways to improve current processes
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback to Professional
Milestone 3: Draft Hiring Strategy
  • Professional drafts strategy, which thoughtfully lays out all areas of the recruiting process
  • Strategy should include guidelines and actionable steps to implement recommendations
  • Volunteer Manager provides any feedback, which Professional incorporates into final draft
Milestone 4: Draft Job Descriptions & Recommendations for Hiring Channels
  • Professional drafts up a job description template the Organization can use
  • Professional recommends appropriate hiring channels for the Organization based on budget, and assists in any setup necessary to list job descriptions
