What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information

We are looking to re-vamp a very old employee handbook and are also looking to include a Remote working policy.
Our staff is small- 6 person staff- 2 fulltime and 4 part time.
What we have in place
- We currently have a policy in place, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a draft example of a remote/wfh policy someone shared with u, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to use those dollars toward professional development and our staff retreat
We are anticipating a mixed hybrid of remote and in person work and want to memorialize the policy as well as update our DEI section.
