What We Need
  • Well-written and compelling copy for marketing or communication materials; examples include a brochure, blog post, one-pager/fact sheet, fundraising/promotional materials
  • Messaging that is consistent with brand identity, public relations strategy and communications objectives
Additional Details

We need professional support to finalize language for a slider to go on the homepage of the website. I have a few drafts. It's likely a single sentence/statement, but complex. It is / will be accompanied with images. This organization educates the public about the value of systems thinking to make the world a better place. The slider will set the stage for the visitor.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have a live draft of the slider (2 of 3 pieces drafted), which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have drafts of the complete thought, current images,, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to continue paying our one staff member and our other basic costs.

Refining this statement will enable me to work with an illustrator to finalize the slider, which will then be moved to the home page and serve as the introduction to the power of systems thinking.

  • Volunteer Manager communicates initial concept for deliverables to be created
Milestone 1: Information Gathering
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss goals of copywriting deliverables, target audience, and desired style and tone of writing
Milestone 2: First Draft
  • Professional shares first drafts of copy with Volunteer Manager for feedback with respect to style, tone, clarity, and length

To raise awareness about, and adoption of, systems thinking in Marin County, in all sectors. The current project is a systems thinking approach to local adoption and adaptation of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals of 2030.
