What We Need
  • 3-5 one hour strategy sessions with a marketing professional covering topics like marketing channels, messaging, branding and target audiences
  • A written summary of marketing goals, target audiences and channels to prioritize
  • A starter plan of recommendations & actionable next steps to begin executing your strategy
  • Note: This project does not include the creation of content such as emails, print materials, or social media posts

Excellence and Advancement Foundation (EAF) would like to rebrand the organization - new name and outreach strategy to market the new identity. EAF's mission is to disrupt the relationship between race, schooling and incarceration. EAF is located in Austin, Texas working through the schools system and Department of Family and Protective Services. Supporting children at risk of becoming involved in the criminal justice system through prevention, intervention and advocacy programs.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have a new values statement and strategic plan in process, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an Ecosystem Approach document outlining stakeholders, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $2,998 , allowing us to reach more marginalized youth in the community.

EAF is at a pivotal time and needs to reassess its name and brand. As a non-profit, having "Foundation" in the name can be problematic for fundraising and grant request. As the organization grows, it is necessary to clarify the name and the mission. EAF is making a difference in breaking the school to prison pipeline for Black and Brown youth in Texas. The name change will simplify funding requests and help amplify the mission.
