What we need
  • A document with detailed feedback and edits that ensures an Organization's business plan clearly defines its mission and approach, finance and operating structure, and tracks to key performance indicators
Additional details

We need support to update the construction costs in our proforma from our business loan to develop our Fresh Stop Market so that they can be applied to the repayment of the loan and revenue for our business.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a proforma developed and actual numbers to begin, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have cost estimate from our contractor and architect, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,380 , allowing us to have security with our loan repayment and business growth.

This project will help our organization complete its next steps to our business model development as we prepare to develop a fresh food market in our community.
