  • Training for up to 5 staff on how to configure and use Google's apps
  • Note: Google Apps for Nonprofits (Google Workspace) is free for qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofits, and includes 30GB of storage across Gmail and Google Drive

Complete our set up of Google Workspace (formerly G-suite) for our qualifying nonprofit.

What we have in place
  • We currently have An existing account with Google nonprofits, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Ideas of the items we need set up& organized, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,296 , allowing us to We will apply savings directly to cover program development costs.

This project will support us to establisha shared workspace, work flow & professional dashboard to connect our connect & have it neatly ready for volunteers, interns, support staff, teaching staff ... etc.

  • Volunteer Manager applies for G Suite for Nonprofits , or has a Google Workspace account and is ready to set it up

Milestone 1: Information Gathering
  • Volunteer Manager shares current suite of applications team uses, along with current storage and file management system
  • Professional provides recommended list of Google apps to setup, and incorporates feedback from Volunteer Manager

Milestone 2: Implementation and Training
  • Professional sets up requested Google Workspace apps, such as Google Drive, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar, and Google Hangouts.
  • Professional sets up Gmail with an initial set of email groups (if necessary)
  • Professional sets up G Suite account admin privileges for Organization’s designated admin users
  • Professional provides a basic tutorial on the functionality of different applications, as well as instructions for admin users

At The Center (ATC) is a 501c3 educational nonprofit creativity experience center dedicated to the practice, research and development of higher consciousness by the daily employment of mindful awareness in all we seek to be, do and have. ATC was founded by Elisa Garcia to support individuals and animals in their practices to achieve balanced states of being by activating their greatness.

We offer educational experiences in a nature setting, inviting individuals and groups to connect with their internal creativity to reveal their potential and unleash their greatness through yogic (union) based programs.
