Our agency is a Domestic Violence Shelter and Intervention Center. We are in need of some graphic designs to help Brand us as an organization beyond our Logo. The Board approved a new Logo two years ago that identifies our agency.
However, we need more than the Logo to represent who we are as an agency.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a Logo, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the wiliness, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to use funds to meet our grant match requirements.

During a meeting with some other DV shelters who have had some professional guidance and work completed related to their Branding, it became apparent that our agency was in need of some help in this area. Their presentation of their Logo and their brand was excellent. I realized that our information appeared ancient and out of date.

  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphics and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)
