What We Have In Place
  • We currently have sample hiring and recruitment documents, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a draft racial justice/DEI plan, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $5,776 , allowing us to focus our attention on obtaining and hiring diverse candidates that are set up for success in their positions.

This includes the incorporation of inclusivity, diversity and accessibility measures into the organization's business plan and the introduction of tangible KPIs to hold ourselves accountable for our commitment to serve and engage diverse audiences through our work and hire diverse employees who reflect the composition of SF Bay Area communities.
