What we need
- A Membership Strategy document of 2-4 pages, including analysis of the Organization’s current membership program, step-by-step guide to a new or improved program, growth goals and creative outreach strategies
Additional details
1.1 Increase the dues-paying membership base of Festival and Events Association of Tucson & Southern Arizona to 100
members, including 25% of members beyond Tucson.
1.2: Ensure the participation of a diverse representation of industry
sectors in the Festival and Events Association of Tucson & Southern Arizona organization and events.
What we have in place
- We have active marketing channels which include: current members, potential membership list, list of non-renewing members due to COVID19, monthly virtual (soon to be in-person) mixers/education sessions, and an active Facebook channel.
We have an annual budget for Mixers/Education sessions and marketing.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,848 , allowing us to hold additional education sessions and hold a regional mini conference to benefit our members.
Membership is critical to our mission.
To increase and broaden the public profile and the membership base of the Festival and Events Association of Tucson & Southern Arizona.
