What we need
  • Up to 3 customized and professionally designed graphic(s)
Additional details

We're looking for a design template to market a series of virtual events making up our 2021 diversity, equity, and inclusion speaker series.

What we have in place
  • We currently have the design template from 2019 as guidance, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have logos and an idea of what templates we need, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to allow participants to attend the equity series programming for free.

Visual marketing materials for this virtual event will help us promote it on our website, email marketing, and social media channels.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphics and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)
