Elevator Pitch Coaching
Project details
What we need
- Document outlining feedback on pitch delivery with suggested next steps and/or resources
- A script for a 1-minute verbal pitch that communicates your Organization's mission, work, and why people should care
Additional details
SKH has an educational program in use at two school districts, and we need help perfecting our elevator pitch about the program. We have a long-form pitch, but it is necessary to have an elevator pitch as we may not always have an opportunity to set up a sit-down meeting with school faculty.
What we have in place
- We currently have a long-form pitch about our program, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a rough draft of an elevator pitch, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to extend our program into even more schools, reaching more students!
This project is important because with our elevator pitch perfected, we can meet with more schools and school districts to pitch our program.

Serving Kids Hope is a great organization. Originally they asked for one 60 second pitch for Serving Kids Hope. After meeting with one of their staff, I wrote two pitches for two separate audiences. I was then asked to write another pitch, but for one of their programs (Dr. Patricia's Health Club). I wrote the two additional pitches. I was then able to meet Dr. Patricia in a video conference. Immediately, Dr. Patricia's passion for helping and healing children with ACES and Obesity was apparent and infectious. I was asked, again to write another pitch that appealed to childhood memories and experiences. I produced (actually over-produced) the pitch and presented to Dr. Patricia. I strongly encourage volunteers to help this organization.
