What we need
- Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
- Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
Additional details
We need to formalize the internal pay structures of our employees along with standardizing positions and titles.
What we have in place
- We currently have have org charts, pay rates and job descriptions,, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the Executive Director leading this project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to to reevaluate employee pay rates and increase employee satisfaction and retention across all levels.
This will provide leaders with a true understanding of the future cost of labor and how much is needed to plan ahead to keep and maintain employees. I have a wonderful staff and I want to keep them but I know post-COVID more options may be available to them.
