What we need
  • Profile & page setup assessment of whether relevant information and fields are filled
  • Statistics on posts, engagement, and follower demographics
  • Evaluation of strengths and weaknesses as well as recommendations to improve

We use Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. We have not used them often, but we have a plan to post 1-2 times per week. We are looking for: 1) any recommendations to improve upon what we have done in the past 2) a written guide that includes best practices that we can use to be more consistent across our brand.

What we have in place
  • We currently have visual branding identity, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have pre-made posts, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,792 , allowing us to serve more youth with research and job readiness programming!

Our goal this year is to improve and increase our media and marketing presence. These guidelines will streamline our social media.

  • Professional delivers an initial assessment of current social media performance, including relevant data insights and statistics around posts, engagements and demographics
  • Professional performs SWOT analysis of current social media presence
  • Volunteer Manager reviews draft and provides feedback to the Professional

Milestone 2: Deliver Final Recommendations
  • Professional documents specific recommendations for achieving a social media presence that meets the Organization's goals, and shares it with the Volunteer Manager
  • Professional answers any questions, and provides recommendations for next steps or finding assistance going forward
