What we need
- Implementation of Tech Systems Review or equivalent technology systems plan
Additional details
We have received new training content for our adoption and foster care staff and we are looking for a volunteer to help us load this content into our LMS system (Absorb)
Project Deliverables include:
-55 hours of training content uploaded into our learning mangement system (Absorb LMS)
- upload PDF resources for each training module
-load pre-written knowledge check quizes for each module
Note: volunteer must be familiar with LMS software, specific experience with Absorb software is preferred
What we have in place
- We have specific instructions from the training content provider on how to load each module of the training into Absorb. There will be knowledgable staff to assist the volunteer from both the content provider and from FaithBridge.
How this will help
This project will save us $20,226 , allowing us to source and obtain additional training content for our learning management system.
Our mission is to provide quality training content to foster and adoptive parents, child welfare professionals, and churches to equip them to meet the needs of vulnerable children and families in their community. This project will add 55 hours of on-demand training content to our learning management system for mental health, foster care, and adoptoin workers. Once this content is loaded into our system we will offer this training to frontline workers all accross the country.

Our mission is to mobilize, organize, and equip local churches to solve their community's foster care crisis.
What we do
FaithBridge Foster Care's vision is for every foster child to experience the hope, healing, and unconditional love of Jesus Christ. We pioneered the Community of Care(r) model which is designed to surround every foster family with a network of volunteers and professionals providing the support they need to provide safe and stable homes for foster children. Each family is also paired with a FaithBridge Foster Family Consultant who walks through the journey of foster care with each parent. Since 2007, FaithBridge has served more than 3,000 children in foster care through partnering with 97 churches.
