Project Details

What We Need
  • A 4-week content calendar for one social media platform, including graphics & copy (12-20 posts, or as agreed upon by both parties)
  • A content calendar template that can be used to plan out posts in the future
Additional Details

We would like to post on Facebook and Instagram. We are currently posting fliers for events but need our content to be more engaging, celebratory and stories of impact.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have some content, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a semi calendar, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to use these funds toward hiring and employing deaf and hard of hearing people

We will be able to better engage with our donors and community. We will be able to tell our story more clearly and show why we are a valuable organization.

Project Plan

Prep: Audit & Planning
  • Volunteer Manager shares social media credentials and existing marketing materials with Professional
  • (If applicable) Professional audits existing social media account to determine which content types are performing best
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss & agree upon target audiences, content types, and posting frequency
Milestone 1: Calendar Structure Creation
  • Professional uses Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, or comparable software to set up content calendar structure
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates
Milestone 2: Content Creation
  • Volunteer Manager shares raw materials (photos, quotes, stories, etc) that Professional needs to create content
  • Professional creates up to 4 weeks’ worth of social media posts (approximately 12-20 posts) and inputs into calendar
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates
(Optional) Milestone 3: Content Scheduling / Software Setup
  • Professional connects Organization’s social media account to a scheduling software like Buffer or Hootsuite
  • Professional sets up and schedules up to 4 weeks of posts in scheduling software
