Hello! My organization is looking for someone to transform the guide we have created to help skilled immigrants in the healthcare field find jobs and educational programs that can benefit them. We have completed the guide but are hoping to format it into a visually appealing PDF that can be distributed virtually and potentially physical as the pandemic restrictions slowly lift. In addition to the guide we have, we were hoping to include a final page of sponsor organizations and partner programs

What we have in place
  • We currently have a completed PDF and doc version of the guide, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have responsive staff who are looking forward to working with you, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to focus on advertising our additional events about specialized programs and broadening our mentoring services for skilled immigrants this coming year

This guide will compile information about the multitude of educational programs in the Boston area. We individually contacted each of the programs to confirm the costs and timeline, as well as any additional info that may benefit our clients. It is difficult for non-native speakers to know where to start when going back to school, and we hope to make that process far simpler for them through this guide.

  • Volunteer Manager provides the Professional with a budget for print materials, finalized copy, high-resolution logo and any visual branding guidelines to be utilized
  • Volunteer Manager also provides images for desired deliverables (if applicable), examples of existing marketing materials and links to online presence (website and social media)
  • Volunteer Manager shares brand messaging guidelines (if applicable)

  • Professional and Volunteer Manager discuss how print materials will be utilized, target audience, and style preferences
  • Professional develops preliminary sketches, and garners feedback from Volunteer Manager

  • Professional drafts print materials, and incorporates any feedback into final product

  • Professional delivers final versions in desired electronic format
