What we need
  • Up to 3 customized and professionally designed graphic(s)
Additional details

Looking for help creating cohesive look to the collateral to be used across the various components for our special event (sponsorship brochure, images for website landing page, social media ads, event program, in-kind letter, invitations...)

What we have in place
  • We currently have the event theme, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have (will have) the copy, our logo,, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to continue helping individuals returning to the community from incarceration.

Our annual awards dinner (the special event) is a chance for us to celebrate our supporters and invite others in the community to be introduced to our cause for the first time!

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphics and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)
