As we grow our team, we are looking to make sure we have the right compensation plans and benefit structures in place to retain talent and attract new talent.
What we have in place
- We currently have existing job descriptions, staff information, and some ideas, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have future ideas of what we'd like to include, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to help redirect these funds to support our programs team capacity with new staff.
It will help us prepare long term for retaining talent and in the short term as we get ready to hire on new staff.

Dreams for Schools is a 501(c)(3) that oversees programs and initiatives that contribute to educating youth about Science, Technology, Engineering & Math fields.
We offer Let's Explore STEM (1-2), Coding Games with Scratch (3-5), Engineering Inventors (3-5), AppJam+ (6-8), and Website Development (6-12).
