I would like go through this project with an HR professional to ensure our compensation package is fine tuned and equitable. In addition, I've been taxed by my Board to proactively ensure our pay structure is ready to meet and exceed upcoming minimum wage requirements and our employees are compensated competitively.

  • We currently have job classifications and wage information, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have prior job classification and wage study, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,328 , allowing us to focus on investing in professional development and provide the highest quality of service.

Salaries are a pivotal point in our budgets, grant resources and service delivery components. Salaries and compensation is a tool to recruit, retain and develop our agency's human resources; This is what provides the great service to the communities we serve.
