What we need
- A documented process outlining how to administer a top-down, peer-to-peer, or a full 360 employee review process
- A communication plan to share the process with others in the Organization to help them understand the approach and desired outcomes
- Recommendations on tools that can be used to collect feedback (anonymous or identified) and organize quantitative and qualitative results
- Best practices for rolling out the performance reviews, and coaching advice for managers and individual contributors
Additional details
We currently do know have a performance management process. Our goal is to develop and introduce a light-weight, agile performance management approach and process that us flexible enough to be used with our full-time administration staff and well as with our part-time artistic teaching staff.
We are looking for an approach, templates and tools that will help us focus on our priorities, as well as provide ongoing feedback so that we can deliver business results.
What we have in place
- We currently have an HR director who will be your partner on this project, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have feedback from current leaders and staff on what has worked, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $8,686 , allowing us to focus on additional Human Capitol projects that will support our employees, leaders and business.
It's important for us to be sure that our small group of people are focused on work that drives our strategic priorities.

Since 1956, Milwaukee Youth Symphony Orchestra (MYSO) has been nurturing, challenging, and inspiring young minds through music, profoundly changing lives and our community for the better. MYSO has grown from one orchestra and 30 students to become the largest after-school youth orchestra in the country, and one of the most respected.
