Project details

What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details

I do have an employee handbook that needs a review. We have written a telework policy that does need a review. We have not had a formal telework policy in the past and I would really like some help around making sure that the policy is written in a way that will work in California.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a written telework policy and employee handbook., which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have forms and a process for teleworking, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to use the savings to provide additional telework infrastructure.

We have been working remotely for the past year. We have several employees who would like to permanently telework and several employees who would like to telework several days a week. We need a policy that is clear and an application process that will work for both employees and our organization.
