What we need
  • A Membership Strategy document of 2-4 pages, including analysis of the Organization’s current membership program, step-by-step guide to a new or improved program, growth goals and creative outreach strategies
Additional details

We need an experienced sales professional to assist us with developing effective sales strategies, including prospect response templates and soft call scripts, as well as an initial training on these strategies and templates/scripts for our sales/enrollment team.

What we have in place
  • We currently have ZenPlanner, a CRM and membership toolkit,, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have established membership programs and a sales team, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,848 , allowing us to better focus our efforts on children and families in need rather than back office admin.

Having staff with improved communication skills and a better understanding of sales can help our organization better achieve its goal of reaching as many families as we can in the areas we serve in order to provide our excellent martial arts and education programs to those of lesser means.

  • Professional conducts independent market analysis to research the target market, competition, and peer organizations' membership development strategies

  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback which the Professional incorporates
