What we need
  • An Excel spreadsheet custom-built specifically for the Organization's finances
  • Training on how to use the spreadsheet to understand the current financial situation and predict future states (e.g., plan for budget increases or decreases, hiring, and other key drivers)

Financial planning, forecasting and budgeting for the growth of our organization.

What we have in place
  • We currently have Quickbooks and an operating budget, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Plan outlines for program expansion, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $14,474 , allowing us to Put this expense towards program funding

It's important to help us create a structure for new fundraising efforts and to be able to show donors and investors our expansion plans as we grow.

Our mission

Epitome of Soul, Inc. partners with community organizations to equip, empower, and encourage elementary and high school students to strive for academic excellence and cultural growth through the arts.

What we do

Epitome of Soul aims to create a platform in performing arts celebrating all varieties of music, dance, drama, theater and creative writing with the sole purpose of enriching the cultural dynamics of underserved school communities. Our primary initiative is to organize youth groups to undertake projects that benefit the community and encourage leadership, character, compassion, and good citizenship. In addition, help high school and college students further their education by providing financial assistance through scholarships.
