Social Media Content Calendar

What we need
  • A 4-week content calendar for one social media platform, including graphics & copy (12-20 posts, or as agreed upon by both parties)
  • A content calendar template that can be used to plan out posts in the future
Additional details

The platforms that we are currently using are Facebook and Instagram. We are brand new in the social media space and one of our obstacles has been coming up with monthly content.

What we have in place
  • We currently have all the accounts and branding done, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have pictures, videos,, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to hire a part-time coach who will be able to coach over 100 children and youth throughout the week.

It is extremely important to us because we believe that through social media we will be able to reach a greater number of volunteers. We are constantly looking for more coaches and tutors who can come alongside us and build close relationships with the people we serve.

  • Professional uses Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, or comparable software to set up content calendar structure
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

  • Volunteer Manager shares raw materials (photos, quotes, stories, etc) that Professional needs to create content
  • Professional creates up to 4 weeks’ worth of social media posts (approximately 12-20 posts) and inputs into calendar
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

(Optional) Milestone 3: Content Scheduling / Software Setup
  • Professional connects Organization’s social media account to a scheduling software like Buffer or Hootsuite
  • Professional sets up and schedules up to 4 weeks of posts in scheduling software
