We need help in structuring the compensation package for our Executive Director. Also, creating more effective data with our success stories that we can share with our donors using numbers.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an basic report that we have generate with our metrics, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have data for last year and this year, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to to pay operating expense and keep our doors in providing a safe space for children and families

Most grants are available to the organization that provides compensation for employees, so this will assist us in able to get grants to compensate our executive team which will also motivate our staff more and helps us to serve our community more..
