Google Analytics Set Up & Training

Project Details

What We Need
  • Setup of Google Analytics account and tracking codes for web assets (e.g. mobile apps, website, blog, social media)
  • Training on how to track performance, set up reports and analyze the data collected online
  • Set of guidelines for data collection, interpretation and analysis
Additional Details

I set up google analytics some time ago and have not used it. I am not sure where to start. I am looking to really understand how to use the tools to better understand who is coming to our site (location, demographics, etc), how to improve the usability of the site, and what is compelling content.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have a dedicated person who wants to learn how to use analytics, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have google analytics set up, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $6,772 , allowing us to have more resources go to helping our communities.

Having a better understanding of our audience and who we are reaching can improve all areas of our work from fundraising to more successful campaigns

Our Mission

The Alliance for Appalachia is a regional coalition of grassroots, non-profit organizations with the goals of ending mountaintop removal, putting a halt to destructive coal technologies, and creating a sustainable, just Appalachia.

What We Do

We believe that our campaign to abolish mountaintop removal mining is an important element of the national effort for progressive, systemic change in our nation's economic, energy, and environmental policies. By working in coalition to highlight and organize against the dangers and true costs of our dependence on coal, we can help move the nation toward a new ethic of whole and healthy communities and away from our current extraction economy.
