What we need
  • Up to 3 customized and professionally designed graphic(s)
Additional details

Hi. We are a research library and have a couple events coming up. We would like a some graphics representing the events for use on facebook.

What we have in place
  • We currently have press release, key points, images, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have logo, brand guidelines, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to keep on operating the research library and acquiring new material for the collection.

This projects helps the library reach its marketing goals, and helps to insure we have a good turnout for our events.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphics and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)

We provide services through the library's collection of books and historic records, workshops, lectures and a resource-rich website; allowing researchers of all levels to explore their past.
