Social Media Audit
Social Media Audit
Project details
What we need
- Profile & page setup assessment of whether relevant information and fields are filled
- Statistics on posts, engagement, and follower demographics
- Evaluation of strengths and weaknesses as well as recommendations to improve
Additional details
Leadership ISD is seeking an audit of all of our social media channels. Upon completion of the audit, we are seeking to enhance our content and increase the engagement across all channels. We currently have a Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and 4 Facebook accounts (Main org. account and 3 regional accounts). We use all three around 3-5 times per week and mainly want the insights to reflect our hard work and grow our audience in every region and organizationally.
What we have in place
- Currently we don't have much pulled as far as reports go. The data from Hootsuite is somewhat skewed and doesn't reflect our growth. I have some reports pulled from Facebook, but those are aggregated by 3 month spans and are a bit confusing to read. A conversation would probably help me be able to pull reports in the best manner possible.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,792 , allowing us to invest more in our communications department and their needs around the Leadership ISD messaging. This includes paying interns and professional development to handle tasks within the strategy.
This project will help put our organization with our goal to broaden our message and engage with more advocates in this work. Social media is essential to the growth of any company and we're trying to take our messaging to another level and this audit will help us analyze our numbers and lead us on a path to a better strategy.
Project plan
Our mission
We envision a public education system that prepares students of every race to achieve their boldest aspirations. To that end, Leadership ISD equips community leaders to advance academic excellence and racial equity in public education through advocacy, policy, and school board governance.
What we do
In order to accomplish our mission, Leadership ISD focuses on the following:
1) Equipping Community Leaders with the mindsets, skills, and opportunities through our Fellowships and Academies to affect change that leads to improved student outcomes and racial equity in Texas public schools.
2) Activating Diverse Stakeholders through inclusive convenings, instructive webinars, and local action networks to advocate for anti-racist policies and practices that close opportunity and achievement gaps.
3) Elevating School Board governance through board trainings, coaching, and strategic candidate preparation to advance student outcomes and implement anti-racist policies and practices.
