What we need
  • Original design for one flyer provided in a high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
  • Accurate, print-ready specifications
  • Note: This project does not include printing

I want a summer activity flyer for elementary school students to be able to use as a tracker for running a marathon in 1 mile increments. It would blend YMCA logo with pictures from the town of Cheshire

What we have in place
  • We currently have a sample of another tracking sheet, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have logos and pictures, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,792 , allowing us to put those funds to other programs supporting the community.

This will encourage kids to exercise over the summer.

  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with high-resolution logo and visual brand guidelines or examples, and finalized copy or concept for the flyer

Milestone 1: Information Gathering
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager meet to discuss goals of flyer and target audience and distribution

Milestone 2: Design Development
  • Professional drafts initial flyer design and sends to Organization for up to 3 rounds of review and feedback

Milestone 3: Final Draft
  • Professional delivers final, designed version in desired electronic format
  • Professional advises on best practices for printing
