What we need
  • Detailed evaluation of a particular program, measured outcomes, and its impact on Organizational goals
  • Recommendations for areas of improvement in program delivery including allocation of resources
What we have in place
  • We currently have program materials, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have data, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to continue serving women with felony convictions.

We would like a project assessment as part of our strategic planning to see if we need to make any adjustments to the current model and/or where we can expand.

  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with overview of current programs and allocation of resources

Milestone 1: Research & Analysis
  • Professional meets with the Volunteer Manager for a brainstorming/overview session
  • Professional analyzes current programs and services
  • Professional gathers information about the impact of those programs and services and any known problem areas

Milestone 2: Recommendations
  • Professional assesses the effectiveness of current programs and services
  • Professional recommends ways to improve upon services and to allocate resources to strengthen the programs
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback to Professional's proposals
