Training Plan Development
Project details
What we need
- Training goals for a specific population (volunteers, staff, program participants, etc.)
- Advice on what training methods the Organization should pursue to meet its goals (webinars, lectures, print materials, etc.)
- Suggestions for curriculum design, creative messaging, call to actions, methods and timeline
- Budget for implementation (taking the Organization’s resource constraints into consideration)
- A written document that summarizes objectives, strategies and actions steps
Additional details
We are about to hire a fleet of college-aged students and need an efficient and GenZ appropriate way to bring them on board.
What we have in place
- We currently have Org chart and structure, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have expectations and objectives for team members, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,000 , allowing us to create an incentive program for high schoolers to become cascading mentors.
Coming out of COVID-19 and opening of schools means that we are having to face a tidal wave of open positions for these new contracts. We need to be efficient in a way that is so repeatable that a contractor/UpWork can do it for us.
