What we'd like to talk about
I am looking for advice on a database (CRM) for my organization. We currently use GiftWorks to track donors. We provide mental health services so may not be able to include those we serve.
Additional context
We currently use GiftWorks to track donors. We provide mental health services so may not be able to include those we serve (clients) but would like to have one place to track interactions with community partners, referral sources, volunteers and event attendees. Not sure if GiftWorks will really allow us to do that. Would like to hear from someone with experience in a similar organization. Thanks!
