Support in preparing and editing our executive summary

What we have in place
  • I currently have multiple drafts of an executive summary yet need support in how to tie it in together so it's short and concise yet explains all of our programs and services clearly.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,564 , allowing us to offer scholarships to our summer youth programs.

Applying for grants and some funders requests Executive Summary.

Helps for board, interns, team and community members to understand all the key points and factors of BRAVE.

Our mission

We exist to empower and amplify the voices of the marginalized so that we may change the narrative and become a more just, equitable, and inclusive community.

What we do

We unite students, schools, businesses, nonprofits, and community groups by sharing our stories and voices, so we may understand, embrace, and empower each other to become a more integrated and inclusive community.

We build intercultural and intergenerational relationships in our city and virtually through the following services:

BRAVE-Makers and Ambassador programs are diverse groups of high school female-identifying students, who develop leadership skills and gain hands-on experience to effect change through a social justice and racial equity lens.

BRAVE Communities Conversations are monthly community conversations to connect concerned citizens with vital resources. We typically invite community champions and professionals to share their expert knowledge on various social and racial equity issues. Community members have the opportunity to listen, learn, discuss, and share their stories in small group facilitated circles.

BRAVE Fest is an annual Austin-wide community builder where we celebrate local artists, businesses, nonprofits, and community groups that are creating change in our city.
