What we need
- 6-8 coaching sessions with a staff member
- Actionable steps and advice to address an ongoing managerial issue
- Assessment of the effectiveness of the Organization's leadership team
Additional details
Our Clinic has been through extraordinary changes in the past two years in terms of structure, staffing, etc. We have a good team, but I'm not sure we are using everyone to their strengths and I want to be a better leader for them. Just need help getting out of the weeds.
What we have in place
- We currently have a committed team and very little "drama", which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have minds open to learning,, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,978 , allowing us to direct these funds to patient care.
Our mission is vital to the community. Improving my leadership skills and working to capitalize on the strengths of everyone on our team will ultimately benefit the patients we serve.

Our mission
The mission of the Gloucester Mathews Care Clinic is to provide community-based healthcare for the residents of Gloucester and Mathews counties, and select surrounding areas, who lack health insurance, or are covered by Medicaid. We achieve this through the efforts of volunteers, paid professionals and support staff, and contributions from members of the community who share our values and concern.
What we do
The Gloucester Mathews Care Clinic has provided compassionate care to uninsured adults in Gloucester and Mathews counties since 1998. We provide chronic care, acute care, behavioral health care, specialty care through our community partners, patient health education, and an on-site pharmacy.
