I'd like strategic advice on how to reorganize staff and assess compensation so I can correct discrepancies in pay for similar positions and ensure I am working towards an equitable structure.
What we have in place
- We currently have all of the required information as well as former studies, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an HR job skills survey completed, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,254 , allowing us to dedicate the funds to ensure that we have an equitable compensation package for all of our staff.
We have discrepancies in pay between similar positions, and staff who feel that they should receive higher compensation but no context for support.
