Additional details
PACEM is looking to overhaul our website in anticipation of increased attention and new directions that we will need to communicate. This project will help us understand how to evaluate our current website. We would like guidance on whether to change our web provider, and what new structure(s) or features to consider.
What we have in place
- We currently have a Wordpress-based website, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a consultant who manages certain aspects of the website, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,762 , allowing us to dedicate our limited marketing resources to print ads in key local publications.
Sharing our work is more important than ever as we take on a new community project. We want to make sure an expanded audience is able to access information about us, our work, and our achievements easily. We also want to highlight some of our specialty programs to encourage partnerships and volunteerism.
Project plan
Our mission
PACEM believes that a welcoming, safe place to shelter is the first step to addressing the crisis of homelessness: shelter saves lives. Sharing a compassion for our neighbors in crisis, we bring the members of nearly 80 congregations and groups together each winter to address the need for shelter in our community. In addition to a hot meal and a warm bed, we provide housing-focused, whole-person case management to help each guest find their way back home.
Testimonials
(No testimonial has been submitted by Liz)
Liz was a joy to work with. The PACEM shelter is doing an amazing job helping their community on a lean staff. The conversations Liz and I had were engaging and extremely helpful. I look forward to continuing the work with Liz and the PACEM community.
