Review of employee compensation, including current and future positions (2 to be posted spring summer 2021), to ensure it's competitive and inform the new fiscal year budget.
What we have in place
- We currently have job descriptions and benefit plan documents, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have great team that is open to feedback, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to stretch our financial resources further to meet the growing and rapidly changing needs of youth in these difficult times.
We are approaching our 30th anniversary and have ambitious goals to deepen our impact. One of our strategies to meeting these goals is having an inspired and empowered team. Assessing our compensation plan is a critical step in this process.

What we do
With arts as the motivating catalyst Mosaic develops and inspires the behaviors and critical life and learning skills youth need to have successful, empowered lives through adulthood. Through transformative artistic experiences in music, theater and technical theater Mosaic promotes scholarship and global citizenship by providing a vehicle for youth to apply the skills they learn through mastery in the arts to academic and real world experiences.
