I have been working to fix issues caused by late tax filings from when we first became an employer. I would like guidance on finishing that process and setting up systems to prevent future problems.

Greg is a committed NFP leader, looking for guidance on back-office operations. This is the part of NFP work that has to get done but often falls to the side as program priorities take precedent. I commend Greg for his efforts to put in place online systems to streamline payments and reporting, and for committing to learn and do more accounting and payroll functions.
