What we need
  • A 4-week content calendar for one social media platform, including graphics & copy (12-20 posts, or as agreed upon by both parties)
  • A content calendar template that can be used to plan out posts in the future

My website is the driver for all social media. It is linked to Facebook, Twitter, and (sometimes) LinkedIn.

In today's virtual world, I want to start reaching out to contacts and organize the mailing list to delete invalid email addresses. The plan is to release a monthly update with pictures and videos. The goal is to increase viewers, greater awareness in the community, ultimately helping more people in our catchment area.

  • Volunteer Manager shares social media credentials and existing marketing materials with Professional
  • (If applicable) Professional audits existing social media account to determine which content types are performing best
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss & agree upon target audiences, content types, and posting frequency

  • Professional uses Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, or comparable software to set up content calendar structure
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

  • Volunteer Manager shares raw materials (photos, quotes, stories, etc) that Professional needs to create content
  • Professional creates up to 4 weeks’ worth of social media posts (approximately 12-20 posts) and inputs into calendar
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

  • Professional connects Organization’s social media account to a scheduling software like Buffer or Hootsuite

What we do

Center for Independent Living serving Pinellas and Pasco Counties, FL. Our goal is to assist anyone with a disability overcome barriers they face to their independence. We do this through information, training, mentoring, advocacy, and transition services. We are known for our large durable medical equipment program where we provide equipment necessary to safely live independently. We also offer incontinence supplies and weekly food. All our services are FREE of charge.
