Project Details

What We Need
  • Tightly-written web copy of up to to eight pages of 200-300 words each
  • The opportunity to work closely with an experienced, SEO literate copywriter
What We Have In Place
  • We currently have drafts of several new pages to be added, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the beginning wireframes, new site design, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $6,073 , allowing us to allocate these funds directly to instruction.

We closed our physical location when the pandemic hit last year. Our online presence is now more important than ever and our website will be the new face of the organization.

Project Plan

Prep: Review of Current Materials
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional meet to review Organization's website or website plan, discuss goals, and align expectations
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the brand positioning and communications plan (if available), the purpose, key messages, desired tone and target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree on a schedule for completion
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with any existing materials and content strategy to begin writing
  • Both parties review our pro-tips for Organizations and Volunteers to ensure the project is set up for success
Milestone 1: Draft
  • Professional drafts SEO-optimized website copy and sends to Volunteer Manager for review
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager review copy (up to two rounds of review and revision)
Milestone 2: Final Draft

Founder & Executive Director

Our Mission

Our mission is to help bridge the technology gap and enhance the quality of life for older youth and adults being left behind by the digital divide.

What We Do

We provide hands-on, customized, contextualized instruction in Computer Basics, Word, Excel and Power Point at the beginner and intermediate level. We do this on live on Zoom in one-on-one or small group settings - meeting people where they are and helping them reach their goals. A nationally recognized Digital Literacy Certificate is awarded upon satisfactory completion of instruction.
