What we need
  • 1-2 page press release that can be distributed to news outlets

CDB Scholarship will be announcing it's 1st annual winners of the award in May 2021.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a website, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a media advisory and donor presentation info, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,348 , allowing us to use the funds on the actual scholarship recipient

  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss initiative, partnership, or event that Organization wishes to publicizes
  • Volunteer Manager shares existing marketing materials, mission statement, and program descriptions for Professional to incorporate into press release

Milestone 1: Press Release Writing
  • Professional writes draft of press release and shares with Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager gives feedback, which Professional incorporates
  • Professional delivers final version of press release
  • (Optional) Volunteer Manager incorporates Press Release into Press Kit
