What we need

Lighthouse Youth Center opened in 2006, and in 2008 our Foundation was opened. The foundation wasn't very active until the assembly of a board in 2020. Now that we have the foundation more established we need to publish foundation information on our website. We need writing for how donors can get involved and to get people interested in donating.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a built out website and the page outline, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Squarespace and partial content created, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,073 , allowing us to direct more funds to the youth to cover meals, experience trips that they would not otherwise have access to due to their low income status.

Because Lighthouse serves youth, free of charge, the attendants of the program do not produce any income. We rely entirely on donations and grants to run our programming. Our foundation was created to make a sustainable fund to support the centers. It also is a more manageable and better place to direct large estate gifts and investment profit donations. This helps ensure the financial security of Lighthouse Youth Center so we do not have to change whats services our youth receive.
