What we need
- Profile & page setup assessment of whether relevant information and fields are filled
- Statistics on posts, engagement, and follower demographics
- Evaluation of strengths and weaknesses as well as recommendations to improve
Additional details
We are looking for a social media plan for the year in general, but also one that I could use for our upcoming virtual P2P event in mid May 2021. We currently have accounts for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, & You Tube. We post inconsistently Mostly on FB. Many of our donors are older, but we are hoping to get younger supporters through Peer 2 Peer efforts.
What we have in place
- We currently have accounts set up on all FB, Insta, Twitter and You Tube, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have logo, mission statement, and types of programs we provide, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,792 , allowing us to improve our name recognition while having more money to devote to our programs and improving the lives of those we serve.
As a small NPO serving adults with developmental disabilities we want to improve our social media presence with an an actual plan as opposed to randomly posting whenever someone has something. If there is a plan and expectation for each of the programs- Residential, Project SEARCH, Vocational Day, and Employment, we will be able to get our message, mission, and name out more consistently without going overboard.
