Project details

What we need
  • Profile & page setup assessment of whether relevant information and fields are filled
  • Statistics on posts, engagement, and follower demographics
  • Evaluation of strengths and weaknesses as well as recommendations to improve
Additional details

We currently use Instagram (360 followers) and Facebook (686 followers). We would like to increase engagement and find ways to expand following without investing a great deal of money into ads, if possible. We would like feedback on a manageable plan to post regularly and sustainably. We would like advice on how to balance posting about our organization while also being an ally and advocate for other social justice issues.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a photo bank of beautiful photos we have permission to use, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a team member ready to be there every step of the way, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,792 , allowing us to dedicate time and effort to generating meaningful content and saving up for a physical space.

This is an important project to our organization because we are committed to community and are eager to expand our audience online, and hopefully beyond the bounds of Arizona. Our goals to extend our reach depend greatly to our online audience, and we want to learn how to best support them,

Our mission

To eradicate stigma, secrecy and shame associated with surviving childhood sexual violence.
The Esperanza Dance Project is a community-based collaboration that uses a multimedia dance performance to educate about the issue of childhood sexual violence and deliver a message of hope, strength and empowerment.

What we do

Esperanza Dance Project's vision is that all high school students in Arizona learn to recognize warning signs associated with sexual abuse, feel comfortable discussing it openly and compassionately, and become familiar with local resources for support.
We do this by providing a multi-media performance to address childhood sexual violence through dance, music, and spoken word in a way that empowers teens. We provide tools for discussion and understanding through a study guide, written by behavioral health professionals. Additionally we provide local information about ongoing peer advocacy and support connections in the community, and host meaningful question and answer sessions following each performance.
